Are you affiliated with Microsoft, Norton or other software companies?
No. We are a fully independent repair provider with no affiliation to, endorsement from, or authorization by any software or hardware manufacturer. We can help with installing, configuring and troubleshooting third-party software on your computer, but billing, licensing and account matters must go through the vendor directly.
